Huma is a place created out of love for life’s simple pleasures – comforting food, interiors that invite you to spend time together, and an atmosphere where everyone feels at ease. Our culinary philosophy is rooted in comfort food – dishes close to the heart, full of flavor and memories, presented in a modern way.

At the heart of Huma is the grill, positioned at the very center of the kitchen and the rhythm of the space. It’s where most of our dishes are created – from meats and fish to vegetables and surprising accompaniments. Open fire, smoke, and aroma are not just cooking techniques for us, but the very essence of flavor and authenticity.

Leading our team is Robert Koczwara – a head chef with passion, experience, and an exceptional sense of taste. His approach to cooking is a balance between tradition and modernity, local roots and openness to the world.

HUMA INTERIORS – A SPACE WITH CHARACTER, CREATED FOR GATHERINGS

Huma restaurant is located on one of Kraków’s most atmospheric streets – Grodzka 44 – and offers around 90 seats across three unique, spacious dining rooms, thoughtfully arranged so everyone can feel relaxed and comfortable.

From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed by an elegant bar, where you can begin your evening with a signature cocktail while waiting for your table or simply enjoying the ambiance. It’s the first sign that Huma is more than just a restaurant – it’s a space for meetings, relaxation, and celebration.

The two main dining rooms are connected to an open kitchen, whose heart is our grill – the beating heart of Huma. Here, fire, aromas, and the energy of the chefs are within arm’s reach, and dining becomes a spectacle. Warm lighting, natural materials, and contemporary design complete the experience, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance.

The second dining room delights with hand-painted murals on the walls – unique depictions of animals. This original artistic touch not only adds character to the interior but also playfully winks at our guests, inviting them into a world of imagination and humor.
